LATEST: Actor LOU DIAMOND PHILLIPS has been released from police custody after he was arrested for suspicion of domestic violence early yesterday (11AUG06). Police called to the LA BAMBA star's home in Northridge, California discovered Phillips, 44, fighting with his live-in girlfriend. His spokeswoman says, "There have been no charges pressed, it has been a misunderstanding."
