LONDON FACING MORE FINANCIAL WOES
Actor JEREMY LONDON is facing foreclosure on his Los Angeles home - just weeks after he was hit with a lawsuit over unpaid credit card bills.
The Mallrats star has been targeted by mortgage lender Countrywide, who claim London defaulted on his home loan and owes $12,856 (£8,570) in payments.
If the star fails to repay the missed installments, his home could be foreclosed, according to the lawsuit filed at Los Angeles Superior Court in September (09).
London is also being chased by officials at American Express, who allege the 36 year old racked up $19,485 (£12,990) in charges he never paid off.
Countrywide will put the home up for auction on 21 October (09) if its demands are not met, according to TMZ.com.
