LL COOL J's luxury clothing line is falling victim to the current global economic crisis - the rapper's designer wares are struggling to sell. The hip-hop star signed a deal with U.S. department store Sears to stock his signature apparel range in May (08), but the Hey Lover hitmaker's designs are now being advertised at up to 50 per cent off the suggested retail price online.
Fellow rapper Andre 3000's Benjamin Bixby label was also recently reported to be facing financial difficulties due to falling sales, while Sarah Jessica Parker, Amanda Bynes, Venus Williams and Ashley Judd are among a host of stars who have seen their clothing lines fold.
