LIVELY SUED BY DRESSMAKER

GOSSIP GIRL star BLAKE LIVELY is facing a small court lawsuit over allegations she failed to pay a dressmaker for alteration work.
The actress is accused of not paying Brooklyn, New York-based tailor Angela Bilotti $500 (GBP312) for work done to a dress she wore to the Teen Choice Awards earlier this year (08).
According to TMZ.com, the star offered to walk to an ATM cash machine to withdraw payment, but was told "not to worry" by Bilotti.
Bilotti allegedly claims she has tried to contact the star over the reportedly unpaid sum, but her calls have not been returned.
However Lively's representative tells TMZ.com that the tailor incorrectly fitted the dress to the star's requirements and agreed for the actress to pay half the original amount.
