LIV TYLER: WEIGHT IS NO CONCERN

Liv Tyler has admitted that she has become less concerned about her weight since giving birth to her son a few years ago.

The 29-year-old actress married British singer Royston Langdon in 2003 and in December 2004 baby Milo came along.

Speaking to US Glamour magazine she said: "I've been a model and actress since I was 14, so I've been on a diet my whole life.

"But once I gave birth, I didn't want to think about myself or feel insecure about my career; I wanted to think about my child. So I stopped worrying about diets."

And apparently the hectic lifestyle of being an actress, wife and mother is helping her to keep any extra weight off, as despite "eating like a pig" she recently lost ten pounds.

"Filming [of The Strangers] was also incredibly intense: we were supposed to be out of breath in every scene, so I would run around the stage to achieve that," Tyler said.

"I just went to Marc Jacobs and I bought a red dress in a size four [UK size eight]. I've never been a size four in my entire life!"

Tyler stars alongside Scott Speedman and Kip Weeks in The Strangers, which is currently in post-production.
