LISA MARIE'S BURTON TRIAL OVER BEFORE IT STARTS

Officials at the California Court of Appeal have thrown out actress/model LISA MARIE's palimony lawsuit against her ex-fiancee, moviemaker TIM BURTON.
Lisa Marie sued the director, claiming he cheated her out of cash she was due based on an oral agreement.
She alleged Burton promised her millions to walk away from the relationship.
The case was set to hit court next week (beg11Aug08), but judges have chosen to dismiss the case, according to TMZ.com.
Burton has been dating British actress Helena Bonham-Carter since 2001.
