LINDSAY'S EX-EMPLOYEE THREATENS LEGAL ACTION AGAINST MICHAEL LOHAN

LINDSAY LOHAN's former assistant has threatened the actress' outspoken father MICHAEL with a cease-and-desist order over taped phone conversations about his daughter's alleged drug abuse.
The Mean Girls star and her father's bitter war of words was fuelled when he leaked their phone chats he secretly recorded earlier this month (Nov09).
Michael Lohan insisted he released the tapes - in which Lindsay can be heard weeping uncontrollably to her father - to push the star into rehab for an alleged addiction to prescription drugs
Now the actress' ex-employee Jenni Munro has stepped into the feud after Michael released audio recordings in which she discusses her fears for Lindsay's health.
In the recording, Munro is heard saying, "I am trying to save your daughter's life every day."
Munro, who stepped down from her position in February (09), is now considering legal action against the elder Lohan, calling the release of the tapes "way beyond low" and claiming the footage was heavily edited and taken out of context, reports TMZ.com.
