LIMP BIZKIT'S HAUNTED SONGS

Limp Bizkit have no expectations on the direction they will take on their forthcoming comeback album, which they are about to start working on.

Limp Bizkit's comeback album will be like a "haunted house".

The US rockers are about to enter the studio to work on their long-awaited new LP and say they have no expectations what the finished songs will sound like.

Frontman Fred Durst said: "Every time we've made an album it's been so different.

"It's like stepping into a haunted house - you know there's an entrance and an exit door - but you don't know what's inside. It could be fun or it could be spooky."

The new album will be the band's first since 2005's 'The Unquestionable Truth (Part 1)'.

The group announced in February they were getting back together because they were "disgusted" with the current state of music.

Fred and guitarist Wes Borland issued a statement saying: "We decided we were more disgusted and bored with the state of heavy popular music than we were with each other. Regardless of where our separate paths have taken us, we recognise there is a powerful and unique energy with this particular group of people we have not found anywhere else. This is why Limp Bizkit is back."
