LILY ALLEN RIPS OFF TAKE THAT
LILY ALLEN has been forced to axe a track from her forthcoming second album - because she stole the chorus from a TAKE THAT song.
The pop star has admitted the refrain of her new tune Who'd Of Known (sic), posted on her official MySpace page on Sunday (13Jul08), is taken directly from the British boy band's 2007 hit Shine.
And fans shouldn't expect to hear it on her new album Stuck On The Naughty Step - because the 23-year-old claims it would take too much time to get official clearance for the track.
She writes: "I have put up a song that won't make it on the album. I ripped off the chorus from Take That and I can't be bothered with the paperwork."
