LILY ALLEN COMPLETES SECOND ALBUM

LILY ALLEN has finished the recording sessions for her second album, it has been reported.

Typically brazen, the singer said she is not concerned with what her record company thinks of the new material.

"As much as I love them they’re just people who give you a loan. I’m not scared of my label," she told the BBC.

The Smile star has also been working with KLAXONS singer Jamie Reynolds on a new track.

Lily said: "We had our session and enlightened each other. We did a cover of Joe Jackson’s Steppin' Out.

Commenting on the new song, Jamie added: "It was just for a bit of enjoyment. I don’t even know if it’ll even exist yet. It’s a big work in progress."

Lily recently performed at Glastonbury, despite discovering her grandmother had died the previous night – dedicating her song Littlest Things to her.
