LIL' WAYNE TO FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES?

Rapper LIL' WAYNE may face criminal charges after a riot broke out at a concert when money was thrown into the crowd, leaving three women injured. The 23-year-old - real name DWAYNE MICHAEL CARTER - was performing at the sold out concert, which also featured BUSTA RHYMES, at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland on Thursday (19OCT06). It is unclear whether Carter or another member of his crew flung the dollar bills into the audience, but officials at Morgan State said the CASH MONEY artist will not be invited back to the campus. CLINTON COLEMAN, spokesman for the university, says, "It was as dangerous a thing to do as standing in a crowded movie theatre and shouting, 'Fire.'" Two young women, both aged 20, were taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital with leg injuries, while a third victim, who fainted, refused medical treatment. The rapper's publicist at Universal Music Group refused to comment on the incident.
