LEWIS QUITS BOOZING AFTER BAD SCOTCH
JERRY LEE LEWIS had his last "proper drink" 12 years ago and quit after a glass of his favourite scotch made him ill.
The one-time heavy-drinking wildman turned his back on booze in 1994 after a terrible encounter with a shot of Haig and Haig.
He recalls, "That was the end of it. It broke my face out into red spots, all over... It's been a long time since I had a drink."
