LES PAUL'S HOMECOMING
Guitar legend LES PAUL returned to the stage in his hometown of Waukesha, Wisconsin last night (10May07) after decades of absence.
The musician, 91, played hit tracks such as Tennessee Waltz, Lady Is a Tramp and Embraceable You during the 90 minute gig.
He shouted to his audience, "You have no idea what it means to be back here...
"I was lying. I'm nervous tonight."
Money raised from ticket sales went to the Waukesha County Historical Society + Museum, which is hoping to open a Les Paul exhibit.
