LEIBOVITZ TO SNAP THE QUEEN

British monarch QUEEN ELIZABETH II will pose for celebrated photographer ANNIE LEIBOVITZ ahead of her state visit to the United States. The 80-year-old royal will be photographed by the 57-year-old at her London residence Buckingham Palace this week (ends30MAR07). Leibovitz enthuses, "(The photos will be) very formal and painterly. "I feel like I'm a documentarian and want to take a very simple portrait." The Queen and her husband PRINCE PHILIP will visit the US from 3-8 May (07) - her fourth visit to the nation.
