LEGUIZAMO NAMED WORST LATIN ACTOR

MOULIN ROUGE! actor JOHN LEGUIZAMO has been named the first recipient of an award recognising the worst in Latin entertainment. The Latina magazine's website's first annual Lazzie Awards has recognised the star's turn in Love In The Time Of Cholera with an award - and even named it The John Leguizamo Award for Bad Acting in his honour. Latina.com says, "We named this award in honour of one of the consistently worst - and, ironically, most successful - of our Latino actors." The publication also selected TV show Grey's Anatomy for its uncoveted I'd Rather Be Watching the Weather Channel Award for Worst TV Show of the Year.
