LEDGER'S MASSEUSE CALLED OLSEN IN PANIC

The woman who first discovered HEATH LEDGER's lifeless body called actress MARY-KATE OLSEN in a panic before calling the emergency services, it has been revealed. Masseuse Diane Lee Wolozin arrived at Ledger's New York apartment at 2.45pm on Tuesday (22Jan08) for a scheduled appointment with the star. According to a police timeline of Ledger's death, Wolozin knocked on the bedroom door several times but received no response. She then tried to contact him on his cell phone before entering the room, where she found the tragic actor lying face down on his bed, apparently unconscious. She then grabbed Ledger's phone from the side of the bed and called the Olsen twin, knowing the two actors were friends. Olsen, who lives in Manhattan, was in California at the time, but after hearing Wolozin's worried voice, promised to send over her private security guards to help wake up the star. When Wolozin realised Ledger might be dead, she dialled 911. Olsen's security guards arrived around the same time as paramedics, but it was too late and Ledger was pronounced dead at 3.36pm. Authorities believe Ledger probably passed away between 1pm and 2.45pm. The police document of the day's events goes some way to explaining why initial internet reports claimed Ledger had been staying at Olsen's apartment - inaccurately tying the 21-year-old to Ledger's death. Olsen has yet to be questioned by police. An autopsy carried out on Wednesday (23Jan08) failed to reveal how the actor died, although police believe his death is drug-related as six different bottles of prescription drugs were found around his apartment. Cops also confirmed a rolled-up $20 bill found in the Brokeback Mountain star's apartment did not have any traces of drugs.
