LAZENBY WANTS PRE-NUP VOIDED

JAMES BOND star GEORGE LAZENBY has launched a court battle to nullify a prenuptial agreement with his estranged wife PAM SHRIVER.
Former tennis player Shriver filed for divorce from the actor last year (08) after a six-year marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
She accused Lazenby of threatening to kill her, assaulting her in a drunken rage, and giving alcohol to their three children - all of which he has denied.
And now the 69-year-old actor is hitting back - by demanding a judge overturns their prenuptial agreement because his wife is so rich, according to TMZ.com.
In papers filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court, Lazenby also asks for $16,133 (£10,755) in spousal support.
He claims his estranged wife is "30 times a millionaire" and he doesn't want to explain the difference in their lifestyles to their kids, five-year-old George, Jr. and twins Kate and Sam, three.
