LAW FIRM SUING STEWART FOUGHT HIS 2000 CONCERT CANCELLATION CASE

The prominent law firm suing ROD STEWART for unpaid legal fees represented the rocker in his high-profile 2000 concert cancellation drama.
Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro have filed for damages in Los Angeles, claiming former client Stewart owes them $3.3 million (£2 million).
The legal eagles allege Stewart still owes them for three past jobs, including one involving the singer's cancellation of a December 2000 show in Las Vegas.
A federal jury ruled Stewart owed the Rio hotel-casino $2 million (£1.25 million) for cancelling the show.
According to Billboard.com, the law firm also represented Stewart in a trademark infringement case and a lawsuit filed by a concert promoter.
WENN is still awaiting comment from Stewart's representatives.
