FAME almost cost actor TAYLOR LAUTNER a role in TWILIGHT - because he was auditioning for the two films at the same time.
The actor, who plays wolfman Jacob in the vampire romance franchise tried out for a lead in Fame alongside actress Keke Palmer, who reveals all to website Mmm.com.
She explains, "We were both up for roles in the movie, and we both didn’t get parts. He wouldn’t have been able to do Twilight if he did Fame, so I’m happy he lost out."
