LANGDON NO LONGER A TARGET FOR REVOLVER
LATEST: LIV TYLER's rocker ex ROYSTON LANGDON has missed out on becoming VELVET REVOLVER's new frontman.
The former Spacehog singer was among the frontrunners to replace sacked star Scott Weiland, but bass player Duff MCKagan has revealed Langdon is no longer a favourite - and the group is still looking for a new leader.
MCKagan tells Billboard.com, "He's (Langdon) f**king awesome (but) at this point I'd have to say no on him becoming the new singer.
"We just have to make sure it's the right guy. Karmically, we deserve the right guy. It's a tough thing, man. We make a pretty big noise."
The band has been without a vocalist since Weiland was kicked out in April (08) following a series of well-publicised spats with his bandmates.
