LANCASTER 'WISHED DEATH' ON WINNER
Veteran film director MICHAEL WINNER once feared for his life - when Hollywood royalty BURT LANCASTER tried to kill him. Winner, 72, - who is known for his fiery temper - clashed with Lancaster while filming 1971 western Lawman. Winner recalls, "The dearest thing tried to dangle me over a cliff."
