Outlandish U.S. rocker ADAM LAMBERT has split from his boyfriend - just four months after telling the world he is gay.
The American Idol star revealed the secret in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine in June (09) and his relationship with interior designer Drake LaBry soon became public, with the pair kissing for snappers to confirm the romance.
However, the pair has now broken-up after the pressure of Lambert's hectic music career took its toll, according to Usmagazine.com.
A source tells the publication, "They're still friends, and it's totally mutual. They will still talk and see each other.
"Adam is crazy busy right now getting the album done and squeezing in rehearsals. They both felt this moment is too important for Adam to focus on anything else but getting this album out and having it be a huge hit."
