Soul star PATTI LABELLE felt so terrible when a family tragedy kept her from attending stylist and pal TAMEKA FOSTER's September (07) wedding to USHER she insisted the bride wear a special something from her. The Lady Marmalade singer flew an antique necklace that had been in her family for years to Foster - so she could wear it as her 'something borrowed' as she exchanged vows in Atlanta, Georgia.
