LABELLE IN TAX BATTLE
PATTI LABELLE has been hit with a demand for hundreds of thousands in unpaid taxes.
Official records indicate the R&B singer owes more than $337,000 (£225,000) to the U.S. federal government.
A lien was filed against LaBelle by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in the New York City Register's office last month (Aug09), according to the Detroit News.

I'm with you Tory. If this is true, it's not her fault. She's into too many
money making business ventures not to have the $ to cover the bill. Her
accountant definately messed up!!
