LA TOYA SHOCKED OVER ROSS' NAME IN WILL

MICHAEL JACKSON's sister LA TOYA is convinced her brother's final will has yet to surface - because she can't believe the late King of Pop would have wanted DIANA ROSS as a back-up guardian to his three children.
The singer's longtime friend was named as the person Jackson wanted to look after Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II, if his mother Katherine was unable to, shocking family members.
But La Toya, 53, is sure the contents of the will, especially those concerning the welfare of his three kids, will be challenged when his last will and testament comes to light.
She says, "We believe there is another will which will emerge. He updated his will almost every five years, so we expect one to come from 2007.
"Michael always told us that he wanted his eldest sister, Rebbie Jackson, to look after the children. Rebbie had a nice family, which Michael loved. He told many family members that she was his choice."
La Toya is also convinced Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe will not stand a chance in court if she chooses to challenge the family over custody of the late star's eldest two kids, as has been reported.
She adds, "These are not Debbie's kids. They don't even know she's their mother. Like everyone else in his life, she was motivated by money. She has always said she's not their mother."
And La Toya will stop at nothing to prevent Rowe from taking the family to court: "I know a few things about Debbie and I will prevent that from happening."
A custody hearing was scheduled for Monday (13Jul09) in Los Angeles but court officials have confirmed that it has now been postponed until 20 July (09), at the request of Katherine Jackson and Rowe, who are reportedly attempting to settle custody matters out of court.
