KUDROW STARTED CASSIDY FAN CLUB
Seventies pop idol DAVID CASSIDY has former FRIENDS star LISA KUDROW to thank for his teen success - she fronted an unofficial fan club.
The actress admits she was a huge devotee of the singer growing up, and after he replied to a fan letter from her, she set out to bring all his young supporters together.
She explains, "I started a fan club for him. I wrote away for photos and then I asked the girls to come over after school. They each had to give me a nickel to cover the cost for the refreshments and photos.
"Mothers would drop their girls off and say, 'I just want to thank you so much for doing this.'"

Hi there, I've been a DC fan since 1971 was a teenager in the 70's and watched
the Patridge Family avidly. Seen David lots of times in the UK the last time
was this year and got to speak to him after the gig and met Sue his wife. I
met my friend Veronica at a DC concert in the 80's and we meet up at most of
the UK dates. I am currently trying out some creams on my hands which are sold
through Sue's company Arbonne Int. David has used them with success on his
hands! If anyone would like to contact me please email me.
