Big Brother has stunned the housemates by putting Kris, Charlie and Sophie up for eviction as a punishment for discussing nominations.

Big Brother has put Charlie, Kris and Sophie up for eviction.

The trio are facing the public vote this Friday (10.07.09) as a punishment for discussing nominations.

After Charlie went to the Diary Room to nominate yesterday (06.07.09), Big Brother interrupted him to inform him that as a penalty for talking about who he wanted out of the house, he would have to stay silent until midnight.

To the bemusement of the rest of the house, the former Mr. Gay UK contestant exited and refused to speak to them.

He later went for a lie down, but when the alarm sounded to wake him, he accidentally blurted out: "I'm up!"

He then clapped his hand to his mouth in horror.

Lovebirds Kris and Sophie were told not to make "a peep" between 10pm and 2am, but were later called to the Diary Room to be told they had failed the task.

Kris was furious, claiming the rules had not been stated clearly enough and Big Brother should have told them they had to be absolutely silent.

Kris failed for humming the song 'Killing Me Softly', while Sophie made a shocked "oh" noise after she passed wind.

Karly was confused as to why she wasn't punished, as she and Lisa had been part of the same conversation - about Freddie - which led to the punishment.

Charlie was livid, and spent most of the night saying he didn't think it was fair his punishment lasted 10 hours while Kris and Sophie's lasted only four.

Kris, Sophie and Charlie then shared the same bed.
