KRAVITZ FIRES BUSINESS STAFF

Rocker LENNY KRAVITZ has fired his entire business staff - because he wasn't happy with the direction his career was heading in. The My Mama Said star decided to make some drastic changes in his professional life before heading into the studio to record new album Love Revolution. He tells MTV, "I think the energy of maintaining the business end of things - managers, tour managers, label people - was taking its toll on me. "I had to fire everybody, not because they were bad people but because I felt that they were pushing me into directions that were not really becoming of me. "I can see the person I want to be, and I was being diverted from that vision of myself. In a lot of ways, it was a me-or-them kind of thing, and it freed me to work without the pressure to deliver."
