KIRSTEN DUNST GAINS RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST TRESPASSER

A man found trespassing on the property of actress Kirsten Dunst has been handed a restraining order.

Christopher Smith is scheduled to appear in court later this month after Dunst's personal assistant performed a citizen's arrest on him in at the actress' Los Angeles home in November.

He has been found at the Spider-Man actress' residence on several occasions in recent weeks, according to documents filed in the Los Angeles superior court.

Though the starlet has never met Smith, her declaration to the court revealed her fear of the man.

"Given this sudden, aggressive, and harassing behaviour, I am quite frightened of Mr Smith and feel that my personal safety, and the personal safety of those around me, is in jeopardy," Dunst was quoted by Access Hollywood as saying in her declaration to the court.

Smith is thought to have managed to negotiate his way onto Dunst's property on two previous occasions, prior to Elizabeth Donohue performing a citizen's arrest on November 20th.

After his arrest, he told officers: "I was arrested for stalking. I know that was bad, I hope I can get off with a warning."

He added: "I'm in love with Kirsten, so I went to her house.

"I connected with Kirsten spiritually," he is also quoted by Access Hollywood as saying. "I felt like I connected with her and she connected with me. Now I don't know if she did. I guess you have to ask her if she connected."

The restraining order against him could be extended on December 22nd when he appears in court on a trespassing charge.
