KIMBERLEY PRAISES ROD'S PARENTING SKILLS

KIMBERLEY STEWART has hailed her new stepmother PENNY LANCASTER with helping her dad ROD become a better father. Kimberley, whose mother is the rocker's first wife Alana Hamilton, says her father wasn't around much during her own childhood, but she's been amazed by his parenting skills since Lancaster gave birth to his seventh child Alastair. Despite vowing he would never marry again after his failed marriage to New Zealand model Rachel Hunter, Stewart did a u-turn by wedding Lancaster last month (Jun07). Kimberley says, "Penny and he are such an amazing couple. They really compliment each other. I didn't think he would get married again, but he's really changed. He's a better father, he's more consistent and more available."
