KIM SHRUGS OFF EVANS CONFRONTATION
Rapper LIL' KIM has brushed off allegations she clashed with former love rival FAITH EVANS during mutual pal SEAN COMBS' Independence Day celebrations last weekend (04Jul09).
The two women became sworn enemies in the 1990s when they both became romantically involved with Notorious B.I.G.
The late rap icon wed Evans and went on to have a child with her, while Kim became his mistress.
Relations between the pair have remained frosty since Biggie's murder in 1997 - and their feud returned to headlines in January (09) with the release of the Notorious biopic, which Kim claimed portrayed her in a "negative" light.
The stars reportedly reignited the row once more when they both attended Combs' annual White Party in Los Angeles.
Us Weekly magazine claims Kim confronted Evans about her 2008 autobiography Keep the Faith: A Memoir.
Eyewitness Toni Coleman says, "Kim kept screaming, 'You're fake!'"
Evans has confirmed a heated conversation took place, revealing, "She said I wrote that I 'beat her a**'. I'm like, 'Well, I don't think I quite said that, Kim. Maybe you need to get the book.' She said, 'I read the excerpts!'"
But Kim has shrugged off the reported shouting match, insisting, "I have no ill feelings toward Faith."
