KILLS' MOSSHART CUTS GIG DUE TO ILLNESS

THE KILLS star ALISON MOSSHART was forced to cut short a gig in Colorado after she was knocked down with altitude sickness.
The singer, who was working on her side project The Dead Weather with rocker Jack White, was left short of breath and had to scrap a gig at the Fox Theatre in Boulder, Colorado on Wednesday (22Apr09) half-way through.
A publicist for Mosshart states she was taken to hospital, but was released after a brief observation after being diagnosed with a mixture of a common cold and altitude sickness.
The rocker will continue the rest of her North American tour with The Kills.
