KIDD FLEES TO AUSTRALIA TO ESCAPE 'DRUGS SHAME'

Supermodel JODIE KIDD will fly to Australia to escape controversy surrounding her alleged drugs use. The catwalk star is facing a police investigation into claims she supplied drugs to an undercover journalist last month (Sep07). As a result of the allegations, Kidd, 28, has been dropped as the face of U.K. high street giant Marks + Spencer. But Kidd hopes time out of the spotlight is a positive move. She says, "I'm going to Australia next week to get away from it all. I just want to put it all behind me."
