KID ROCK'S INSOMNIA HIT
KID ROCK has found an advantage to insomnia - he came up with the idea for his hit song ALL SUMMER LONG during a restless night.
The star, 37, hasn't slept properly in a long time - because he can't stop dreaming up new tunes.
And he puts his recent hit - which samples Warren Zevon's Werewolves of London and Lynyrd Skynyrd's Sweet Home Alabama - down to another sleepless evening.
He says, "I haven't had a full night's sleep in years. My brain never stops. So I put a notepad by the bed and recorders around the house.
"It was during the early hours I got the idea for All Summer Long and it turned out to be huge."
