R&B beauty ALICIA KEYS, ANNE HATHAWAY and PENELOPE CRUZ have been praised by top fashion publication Vanity Fair after earning mentions on its 2009 International Best-Dressed List.
The stunning stars are placed alongside their male counterparts Brad Pitt, Daniel Craig and U.S. president Barack Obama.
First Ladies Michelle Obama and singer/model Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, the wife of French president Nicolas Sarkozy, also make the cut.
However, Pitt's partner Angelina Jolie, who frequently tops style polls, was a notable absentee on the magazine's annual honours list.
