KEITH BACK ON TOUR AFTER SANDSTORM

Country star TOBY KEITH has resumed his 18-show tour of U.S. military bases in the Persian Gulf after a desert storm scuppered his travel plans.
Keith was stuck in Fallujah for almost two days when a severe sandstorm hit the area of Iraq where he played his most recent concert from troops.
Keith's agent, Curt Motley, tells CMT.com, "We got covered with dirt and dust even in our rooms, and the air appeared to be filled with smoke.
"We're covered in a fine, moon dust-looking powder, and the hallways appear to be smoking because there's so much dust and dirt in the air."
Keith's two-week United Service Organisation tour has brought to a brief standstill last month (Apr08) when mortar blasts hit an army base in the middle of a show in Afghanistan.
The singer sheltered with soldiers until the bombing stopped.
