KEANE EYE OASIS COLLABORATION

British rockers KEANE are eager to settle their ongoing feud with OASIS - because they want to collaborate with the WONDERWALL hitmakers.
Noel Gallagher has previously been vocal about his his dislike of the Somewhere Only We Know stars, declaring, “No matter what direction Keane take, they’ll still be s**t.”
Keane pianist Tim Rice-Oxley hit back at the guitarist, ranting, "Noel's a c**t. He was in a band that was very brilliant in the mid-90s but now they're just not important anymore."
But the band's frontman Tom Chaplin has now reached out to Gallagher in a bid to put their long and bitter feud behind them.
He tells Britain's Daily Star newspaper, “I often wonder if Noel is almost resisting the truth that Keane and Oasis are alike in a lot of respects. I think we share a lot of fans. We are both bands of the people.
“People love coming to a Keane show and an Oasis show because there’s a directness to the songs and people come together in a very communal way.
“It would be great for Noel to produce us - I offer the olive branch. We’re huge fans."
