The 'I Kissed A Girl' singer - who is dating Russell Brand - was given a Barbie doll in her likeness and makes sure it is nude and in full view when people visit.

She said: "Somebody wanted to make me into a doll and they made 500 of them. All because I happened to use their dolls in my 'You're So Gay' video - so they made me a doll.

"I have one at home and I don't put any clothes on her and I just keep her on the mantelpiece naked for everybody that comes by to see. It's hilarious."

Katy's latest prank will impress boyfriend Russell, 34, who is famed for his love of women and colourful love life.

The British comedian is smitten with the singer after the pair enjoyed a romantic holiday in Thailand earlier this year and vowed to put aside his womanising ways.

He said: "I think I'm in love."
