KATTAN'S WIFE FILES FOR DIVORCE

LATEST: Comedian CHRIS KATTAN has been slapped with divorce papers from his estranged wife SUNSHINE TUTT, just weeks after his publicist insisted they had "no plans for divorce".
The pair wed during an intimate ceremony in Yosemite Valley, California on 28 June (08), after a three-year courtship.
But they split just eight weeks into their marriage - with Kattan, 37, filing for legal separation.
However, model Tutt, 31, has now taken the proceedings one step further - by requesting a dissolution of the marriage, reports website TMZ.com.
In legal papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday (24Sep08), Tutt cites "irreconcilable differences" for the break-up.
At the time of their split in August (08), a spokesperson for Kattan said the pair is "separated for the moment", but has "no plans for divorce at this time".
