KATTAN'S DIVORCE WILL COME THROUGH IN 2009

LATEST: Comedian CHRIS KATTAN will be officially single in February (09) - a Los Angeles judge has signed off his divorce from estranged wife SUNSHINE TUTT.
The funnyman, 37, wed the 32-year-old model in an intimate ceremony in Yosemite Valley, California on 28 June (08), after a three-year courtship.
But they split just eight weeks into their marriage citing "irreconcilable differences" - and less than four months later, on 10 October (08), a judge at Los Angeles Superior Court approved the legal separation.
However, their marriage won't come to an end until early next year, because there is a six-month waiting period from the date the divorce papers were originally filed (Aug08) before any ruling can be made official.
Terms of the couple's divorce settlement has not been made public.
