KARDASHIAN TO GIVE UP FUR FOR LOVE AND FAMILY

KIM KARDASHIAN is close to turning her back on fur - to save her romance and her friendship with her sister. The socialite has been a target for anti-fur protesters for years, but her sister Khloe's decision to bare all for a new People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) 'I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur' ad has inspired Kardashian to rethink her wardrobe.
She says, "I haven't bought anything new since Khloe did the ad."
But that might not be enough - boyfriend Reggie Bush threatened to dump her if she didn't give up her pelts - after the pair drove past an anti-fur rally at the Sundance Film Festival in 2008.
She tells Eonline.com, "I was wearing a fur vest, and he was like, 'This is humiliating. I can't go out with you.' We were driving past the protest and he was rolling down the window and screaming, 'She's in here. She's in here.'"
