KHLOE KARDASHIAN has brushed off suggestions she and LAMAR ODOM won't be husband and wife until they finalise terms of a prenuptial agreement, insisting their marriage is already official.
Kardashian and basketball star Odom exchanged vows during a lavish ceremony at music mogul Irving Azoff's Hollywood estate on Sunday (27Sep09), but media reports that emerged on Tuesday (29Sep09) suggested the newlyweds aren't legally bound until they agree to the terms of the financial contract.
However, a representative for the socialite-turned-reality TV star insists the speculation is false, confirming, "They are legally married."
A spokesperson for Odom adds, "Yes, Lamar and Khloe are officially married."
