JUDGE REJECTS RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST KEEGAN
U.S. actor ANDREW KEEGAN has scored a legal victory after a judge refused to grant his ex-girlfriend a restraining order against him, following allegations the star had assaulted her.
The Camp Nowhere star was accused of making his former partner Kristi Parrales' life a misery after allegedly attacking her and slashing the tyres of her car.
She filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court in August (09), asking a judge to keep the 30 year old away from her.
However, earlier this month (Oct09) a judge rejected Parrales' claims, and has not issued an order against Keegan, according to TMZ.com.
Keegan previously denied all the allegations and insisted he was hundreds of miles away in Las Vegas at the time his ex claims he damaged her vehicle.
