JUDGE ORDERS DOHERTY BACK TO COURT IN OCTOBER

Rocker PETE DOHERTY will appear in a British court in October (09) to enter an official plea for a drink driving and drug possession charges.
The Babyshambles singer was arrested in June (09) after local authorities spotted him driving erratically as he left a gig in Gloucester, England. He was later charged.
Doherty entered an initial guilty plea to all charges except dangerous driving, admitting being in the possession of illegal drugs and driving without a license or insurance at a court appearance on 12 June (09).
The star reappeared at Cheltenham Crown Court on 11 August (09) for a committal hearing and was ordered to return to court on 2 October (09) to enter an official plea on all the charges and to be given a start date for his trial.
During the hearing, Doherty also admitted to an unrelated driving offence and was fined $772 (£515).
He is also currently under a 7am to 7pm (BST) home curfew and is not allowed to sit in the front seat of any motor vehicle.
Doherty spent 14 weeks in jail last year (08) for breaching his probation relating to previous drugs and and driving offences.
