JUDD APATOW'S SPUSAL INSECURITY
'Funny People' director admits he is still amazed that he is married to actress Leslie Mann and fears she will leave him.
Judd Apatow worries his wife will "climb out the window" when they go out together.
The 'Funny People' writer and director, who has been in a relationship with actress Leslie Mann for over 10 years, still finds it difficult to accept she wants to be with him.
He explained: "I still feel like I'm on a first date with her - like she's going to climb out the window of the bathroom when we go to a restaurant."
Judd - who has two daughters with Leslie, Maude and Iris - has no idea why he is so nervous of Leslie leaving, but admits it is a concern which niggles at him at all times.
The 41-year-old star said: "It's not like I think it's cute - I think it's just the way I'm wired. I wish I could be re-wired. It just gets to the point where you're so old you forget the roots of why you're neurotic. And that's pathetic. I don't even remember what childhood incidents left me feeling weird, like my parents' divorce or whatever - I'm just left with the feeling of weirdness."
