JORDIN SPARKS' BRITNEY FEARS

Jordin Sparks still hasn't met Britney Spears or seen her concert, despite being the opening act on the American dates of the 'Toxic' singer's tour.

Jordin Sparks was "intimidated" opening for Britney Spears.

The singer was invited to support the 'Toxic' hitmaker on her 'Circus' run of US shows shortly after appearing on the Jonas Brothers' tour and admits she was thrilled by the crowd's response.

She said: "And you go to a Britney concert and it's all of her fans and they have grown up ... but if they scream, they're screaming because they want to. They don't scream at just anything, so when I took that stage and I could hear a little bit through that they were excited and that I wasn't so out of place, it was awesome."

Jordin confessed she still hasn't met Britney or even seen her show, but is hopeful she will get to watch at least one performance while they tour together.

She added to MTV News: "Well, I know they all have to get their hair and makeup done and there's dancer after dancer ... I haven't seen Britney yet, but I heard she's doing really well.

"I haven't gotten to watch her show yet either. ... I've seen all the dancers and they've got cloaks on so that people don't see what they're wearing and they're just walking around everywhere."
