JONES KEEPS KEEPSAKES DEAR TO HIM

Music legend QUINCY JONES refuses to part with the celebrity keepsakes he has amassed over the years - because they help him remember the greats who have died.
The producer reveals he has lost 138 friends in the past two years, and can't bear to throw away items he has been given.
He says, "I held on to all Alex Haley's letters... and my bracelet from Ray Charles, and Marlon Brando's letters and tapes."
And Jones admits he always remembers words Frank Sinatra said when the two were working together.
He tells Ebony magazine, "(He said) 'Q, live every day like it's your last and one day you'll be right.'"
But the producer, 75, isn't planning to go anywhere soon - because he has too much to do, including nine movie scores, three albums and some new languages to master.
He adds, "I'm learning Mandarin and Arabic."
