JONES' DOG SAVED HIS LIFE
Movie tough guy VINNIE JONES was once so depressed, he planned to shoot himself - but his dog saved him from pulling the trigger.
The soccer star-turned-actor battled a spell of depression more than 10 years ago and decided to end his life in woodland near his home in the U.K.
But his pet Jack Russell terrier followed him - and Jones abandoned his suicide mission when he caught sight of the dog's pleading look.
He says, "I was tired of causing people stress... It was a cheap way out. But I did think everyone would be better off if I was out of the way and I stopped causing them trouble."
