JONAS' ACTING AMBITIONS
Pop sensation JOE JONAS dreams of swapping music for acting and becoming the next JOHNNY DEPP.
The Jonas Brothers star admits he was bitten by the acting bug early on, as a kid on the Disney Channel, and loved making the band's 2008 movie Camp Rock.
Jonas is keen to expand his acting repertoire, and wants a career in the mould of Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp.
The 19-year-old tells Seventeen magazine, "I would love to do more acting, maybe movies - that would be really cool. I think Johnny Depp's work is really great - he always incorporates music into what he does."
The ambitious star also has literary aspirations, adding, "(I'll) maybe write a book one day, because I love to read."

Will never happen. Johnny's one of a kind. Perfection. No one has duplicated
him. He takes roles that are suited for him and he's an actor because he loves
what he does. Sounds like Joe Jonas is in it for the fame and being noticed. He
can act all he wants. Again, never will happen.
One of those Jonas twits thinks he can be Johnny Depp?!!!!! NO WAY! NEVER! In
10yrs all the Jonas bro's will be balding and fat.Has anyone seen the dumb ads
for their new show? So lame! Thanks for the laugh though, I needed a good
laugh today!!
