JOE JACKSON'S OKTOBERFEST APPLICATION DECLINED

MICHAEL JACKSON's father JOE has allegedly been banned from attending a beer festival in Munich, Germany - because organisers insists he should be mourning the loss of his son.
Jackson is alleged to have asked for VIP tickets to Germany's legendary Oktoberfest, an annual 16-day beer event which occurs at the beginning of every October (09).
But the event's bosses decided to decline Jackson's application because it's too soon after the tragic passing of the King of Pop, according to Britain's Daily Star newspaper.
Oktoberfest boss Sepp Kraetz tells the publication, "I don't think you can happily party just after your son has been buried."
Joe Jackson has previously come under fire for seemingly using press conferences following the death of his son in June (09) to promote his new music business ventures.
